This site collects personal data only when you voluntarily fill in the contact form.

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or audience-measurement cookies.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing of your data is based on your consent (voluntarily submitting the form) and, once a service is engaged, on the performance of the contract concluded between you and the Provider.

4. Data recipients

Data submitted via the contact form is sent only to Mathieu Temey. No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The site is hosted by OVH SAS (France), which technically hosts the data but does not access it for its own processing purposes.

5. Retention period

Data belonging to people whose contact request did not lead to a service is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange. Data linked to a service actually carried out (quotes, invoices) is kept in accordance with legal accounting retention obligations, i.e. 10 years.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to object to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to set guidelines for how your data is handled after your death

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

Reasonable technical measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
